  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I CHANGE TIME ZONES?

    When you travel to a different time zone and your smartphone is connected, AllsWell automatically adjusts your settings to the new time zone. Please make sure that your wake pattern stays the same.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE SERVICE COVERAGE?

    AllsWell only works when you smartphone is connected to the server, either through your carrier or through Wi-Fi. In the event your phone remains disconnected for a period longer than the time interval you’ve set, the server will initiate the alert process.

  • HOW DO I TERMINATE MY ACCOUNT?

    You can terminate your account by sending us a message in the CONTACT US form. AllsWell will attempt to process your request within two working days. AllsWell will stop charging your credit card for your next billing cycle. A billing cycle is the date you registered to AllsWell for the yearly payment rate or approximately on the same day of the month for the monthly payment rate.

  • HOW LONG DOES ALLSWELL KEEP MY LOCATION DATA FOR?

    The location data is kept by AllsWell for the last 2 hours only and is immediately erased thereafter. In case an alert is sent, the recipients will be sent the smartphone’s whereabouts for the last two hours.

  • HOW DOES ALLSWELL STORE MY INFORMATION?

    AllsWell takes the security of your personal information very seriously. AllsWell protects your personal information during transit and storage using encryption. When AllsWell stores your personal data, we use computer systems with limited access housed in facilities using physical security measures. Your data is stored in encrypted form.

  • HOW DOES ALLSWELL MONITOR IF MY PHONE IS ACTIVE?

    AllsWell uses the sensitive movement detector imbedded in each smartphone to know whether it is being handled or moved. In no event does AllsWell monitor what you are using your smartphone for.

  • HOW MUCH DATA DOES ALLSWELL CONSUME ON MY PHONE SERVICE?

    When your smartphone is active, it sends a pulse to the server every 10 minutes to restart the time interval count down. The pulse uses minimal data and will not affect your phone bill in any substantial way.

  • HOW DOES THE REFERRAL PROCESS WORK?

    Each time a friend you refer signs up to AllsWell, your next credit card charge will be delayed by a month, whether you chose a yearly or monthly billing cycle. Make sure your friend enters your email address in the in the PROMO CODE field when choosing the PAYMENT RATE. You will receive an email notifying you each time a friend signs up.

  • WHAT INFORMATION WILL THE RECIPIENTS RECEIVE WHEN AN ALERT IS SENT?

    In case an alert is send, the recipients will receive a message stating your phone has been inactive, along with a map showing the location of your smartphone for the past 2 hours and, if you chose so, the pertinent medical information needed by Emergency Medical Responders.

  • WHAT IS THE “TIME INTERVAL”?

    The time interval is the time your phone can be inactive before the alert process is initiated. Depending on your phone usage, you can always change this.

  • WHO HAS ACCESS TO MY DATA?

    AllsWell can access all the data you have entered except for the Health Information. AllsWell may access this data for various reasons, such as to process payments, send emails or for customer service purposes.

  • HOW CAN I ADD, REMOVE OR EDIT THE DATA I HAVE ENTERED?

    Click on the field you’d like to change. You can then edit or delete the data you entered. You can add data fields by clicking the appropriate add button where necessary.

  • HOW IS MY CREDIT CARD BEING CHARGED?

    The credit card you have entered will automatically be charged at the beginning of each cycle. A cycle begins on the same date you began using AllsWell for the yearly payment rate and approximately on the same day of the month for the monthly payment rate. You will be sent an email advising you that your credit card is about to expire when the time comes.

  • CAN I USE SOMEBODY ELSE’S CREDIT CARD?

    Yes, with their expressed consent only.

  • WHAT IS “TIME YOU'RE ACTIVE”?

    The time you are active is, generally speaking, the time you are awake during the daytime. The phone will start the time interval countdown from the WAKE TIME you enter and will stop after the BED TIME you enter, and will not send alerts during that “sleep time”.
